略论“公民意识”、“公民教育”和外语教师的“全球意识”

A study on"sense of citizenship","education for citizenship"and foreign language teachers’sense of globalization

简要综述了国内外"公民意识"和"公民教育"的研究现状,认为在全球化背景下,国家"公民意识"的培养,也应包括世界公民意识的培养。外语教育是培养学生成为合格的世界公民的一个重要途径;外语教师肩负着培养"全球公民意识公民"的特殊使命,理应加强自身的"公民意识"培养,努力掌握全球化知识,提升全球化素质。

With a brief review of the literature regarding＂sense of citizenship＂and＂education for citizenship＂at domestic and international level,it is stressed that developing sense of national citizenship needs to include sense of global citizenship.Foreign language education is a pivotal approach which allows students to be qualified global citizen.Foreign language teachers,who have their specific missions to develop the students into＂citizen with sense of globalization＂,have to focus on developing their own ＂sense of citizenship＂,enriching their knowledge of globalization and enhancing their global quality.
