工程决策主体伦理责任的缺失及其规避策略——以职业经理人为视角

Default of Ethical Responsibilities and Avoid Strategies for Engineering Decision-making Subject:Perspective from the Professional Managers

在工程活动中,不同于工程师等专业人员,职业经理人的决策起着关键性的作用。职业经理人的伦理责任主要包括三个方面:决策程序的道德合理性问题;对工程质量安全的控制的问题;对上级和下级负责的问题。职业经理人在履行伦理责任时,会因追求经济利益最大化而造成伦理责任的缺失。文章针对上述缺失,提出相应的规避伦理责任缺失的方法。

In engineering activities,professional managers who are different from the engineers and other professionals and play the key roles in the decision-making process.Professional managers＇ ethical responsibility contains three majors： make an ethnic right engineering decision-making;control the quality and safety of the engineering;responsible for both higher authorities and subordinates.Professional managers may ignore their ethnic responsibilities in pursuit of the maximum economic profits.The article gives some countermeasures in order to solve the problems.
