摘要
由于经济条件的制约,当代社会民主的理性并未真正实现,非理性民主的经济风险一定程度上存在。因此,从非理性民主到理性民主的转向是当前民主政治建设中的一个重要问题。A县直选乡镇长不仅深刻透视出当前中国基层民主中的非理性及其经济风险,还为我们对直接选举进行成本控制、效应分析以及民主的经济效应分析提供了一个平台。
Restricted by the economic conditions,the rationality of the contemporary social democracy has not been realized yet;the economic risk of the irrational democracy has been existed to a certain extent.Therefore,the democracy should be transferred from irrational to rational one,which is a significant problem in shaping the democratic and political system.The direct election for governors of rural administratives at Country A not only reveals the irrational,economic risks in the basic-level democracy,but also provides a sample for us to do the cost-controlling,effect-analyzing and the democratic analysis of the economic effect in the direct election.
