氯化锂-匹罗卡品诱导癫痫对吗啡成瘾小鼠位置偏好的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨癫痫对吗啡成瘾小鼠位置偏好的影响。方法建立氯化锂-匹罗卡品诱导癫痫小鼠模型后再行吗啡成瘾造模,通过对比观察其在成瘾、戒断的条件性位置偏爱的变化。结果癫痫小鼠与正常小鼠成瘾程度在造模期没有明显差异(P>0.05),而在吗啡戒断时癫痫小鼠成瘾戒断症状严重,而正常小鼠成瘾现象逐渐消退,二者差异显著(P<0.05)。结论匹罗卡品诱导的癫痫能够影响对小鼠吗啡成瘾后的戒断过程。 Objective To investigate impact of epilepsy on morphine addictive.Methods The mice induced seizure with lithium-pilocarpine were treated with morphine to construct morphine addictive.The morphine addictive was evaluated with conditioned place preference system at stage of dependence and withdraw.Results The influence of epilepsy with lithium-pilocarpine on morphine addiction was different on stage of dependence and withdraw.The epilepsy with lithium-pilocarpine could influence morphine addiction on stage of withdraw in mice,but could not on stage of dependence.Conclusion The influence of epilepsy with lithium-pilocarpine on morphine addiction was different on stage of dependence and withdraw.
