新生儿葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征的临床特点

Clinical characteristics of neonatal staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome

目的探讨新生儿葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征(staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome,SSSS)的临床特点,提高对该病的认识。方法回顾分析13例新生儿葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征患儿的临床资料。结果新生儿SSSS主要表现为表皮坏死松解为弥漫性红斑,多伴松弛性大疱,表皮大片剥脱。经全身抗生素与局部处理预后良好。结论本病的主要临床特点是:口周放射性皲裂,烫伤样皮疹伴有片状剥脱,尼氏征阳性。新生儿SSSS较少见,熟悉其临床特点是早期诊断与合理治疗的关键。

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of neonatal staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome（SSSS）.Methods 13 patients with SSSS were analyzed.Results The main clinical manifestation of neonatal SSSS was srythema diffusum after epidermal necrolysis,mostly with lusitropic bulla and epidermis denudation.The prognosis was optimistic after systemic and local antibiotics treatment.Conclusions The clinical characteristics of SSSS was radioactivity chap around the mouth.Positive Nikolsky＇s sign and scald rash with camella denudation.
