两岁内单纯乳房发育儿童的性激素水平测定及其意义

Level of sex hormone in the patients less than two years old with simple premature thelarche

目的探讨两岁内单纯乳房发育患儿与乳房未发育患儿血浆性激素水平及其临床意义。方法单纯乳房发育组35例和正常对照组32例,测定性激素FSH(促卵泡激素)、LH(黄体生成素)、E2(雌激素)及PRL(催乳素)的含量,分析性激素水平与单纯乳房发育有何关系。结果单纯乳房发育组FSH、E2水平高于正常对照组(P<0.01),LH和PRL水平和正常对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 2岁以下小儿出现单纯乳房发育,如果以FSH、E2升高为主者,不需特殊处理。

Objective To study the significance of the level of sex hormone of the patients less than two years old with simple premature thelarche and with undeveloped breasts.Methods 67cases were classified to simple premature thelarche group（35 cases） and normal control group（32 cases） which were detected the content of follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）,luteinizing hormone（LH）,estadiol（E2） and prolactin（PRL）.Results The level of FSH and E2 in simple premature thelarche group were higher than that of normal control group（P0.01）.Conclusion If they were high level of FSH and E2,the patients less than 2-year with simple premature thelarche needn＇t special treatment.
