玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨关节炎临床疗效观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法对82例膝关节骨关节炎患者,106只膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠,每周注射1次,连续5次为1个疗程,采用Lequesne膝关节功能及活动范围量表分别于治疗前、治疗后进行评分,随访半年。结果 106只膝关节功能改善,症状减轻,总有效率达96.5%,半年随访,大部分患者膝关节症状、体征明显改善。结论玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨关节炎,能有效缓解疼痛,改善关节功能,且操作简单,对设备和技术要求不高,副作用小,治疗费用相对较低,易于临床应用。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of intra-articular injection with sodium hyaluronate for knee joint osteoarthritis.Methods 72 patients gonitis were treated with sodium hyaluronate.The patients were evaluated with Lequesne' Scale before and after treatment.Results The joint function of 106 knee improved.The total effective rate was 96.5%.Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate can alleviate the symptom effectively,improve the joint' s function for knee joint osteoarthritis.
