摘要 目的了解大学生食品安全意识现状,KAP影响因素及关系,为在校大学生进行食品安全知识教育提供科学依据。方法采用自制食品安全知识KAP调查问卷,对630名大学生进行问卷调查,并进行统计学分析。结果高校大学生食品安全知识得分较低,平均得分(58.0±2.33)分,"杂志"与"家人朋友"成为大学生们获取食品安全知识的主要途径,曾经参与过"食品卫生"相关讲座的学生得分较高,大部分学生仍存在不同程度的不良饮食行为。结论高校应加强在校大学生食品安全常识宣传与教育,使其获得更全面及时的食品安全知识,改善不良饮食行为与习惯,强调作为消费者的监督意识。 Objective To survey the food safety knowledge of college students about knowledge,attitude and behavior.Methods 650 college students were investigated by a KAP questionnaire of food safety knowledge.Results The scores for food safety were low(58.0±2.33) and the main sources of food safety information were magazine and family or friends.The scores of the students who had attended a lecture about "Food Hygiene" were higher.Most of students still have different levels of unhealthy dietary behaviors.Conclusion It is necessary to intensify the food safety propaganda and education among the college students,and help them to obtain more food safety knowledge and improve the dietary behaviors themselves to emphasize a supervision awareness as the consumer.
