摘要
探讨早期诊断冠心病的新方法。材料和方法:应用电子计算机数字图像处理方法处理二维超声心动图,测定40例冠心病左室功能改变。结果:40例冠心病,绝大部分心功能改变仅存在于心动周期中某一个或某几个时相内。结论:缺血心肌之容积-时间变化曲线峰值较正常组明显下降,其下降程度与心肌缺血程度正相关。
Objective: To determined left ventricular function properties in patients with CAD. Materials and Methods: 40 patients were studied by digitized 2DE and were comped with 30 age - matched normal subjects. Results: For all patients, left ventricular sysetolic and diastolic volume - times relation have been examined throughout the cardiac cycle. Conclusions: Several noninvasive techniqueswere used to evaluae LV function, but none has optimally characterized the time course of left ventricular filling and ejection. We have developed a method to charecterize left ventricular filling and ejection by computerized 2DE figure.We found that the slope of V - T relationcurves of petients with CAD were lower than normal. The abnormalities can be observed in any phases of the cardiac cycles. Most of them occur in end - systolic and pre - diastolic of the cardiac cycles. Index of a single phase can not represent the function of whole cardiac cycle.
