It is of important theoretical and practical meaning to teach engineering graduates by Two-Sections innovative mode.The paper researched the construction goad,the organization structure,the management and operation mode of training base,and summerized its model meaning in the reform of graduate education on the basis of operation experience of the experimental unit.
