摘要
鉴于中美文化背景及高校管理体制的差别,两国高校学生评教在价值取向、理念、内容、重点及实施方式等方面存在着显著的差异。通过对中美两所高校学生评教指标体系表的比较分析,提出我们应借鉴美国学生评教指标体系的优点,研究、开发既符合我国高校现代教学特点,又适应高等教育大众化形势的学生评教指标体系,以科学、公正地评定高校教师的教学状态,有力地推进高校教学的发展和教学质量的提高。
In view of the difference of cultural background and managerial system between China and USA,the teaching evaluations by students in colleges and universities differ to each other in aspects of values,ideas,contents,key points,and implement ways.On the comparison of two evaluation systems,the paper put forward some suggestions,such as learning from the American system,research and develop Chinese system to adapt to the need of modern teaching and mass higher education,and so on.
