摘要
教师职称评定由于受教育行政化、人际关系、学术造假等问题的影响,已经或部分偏离了预期的轨道,社会上要求停止职称评定的呼声不绝于耳,教师工作的积极性、身心健康受到较大影响,如不尽快采取有效措施加以解决,将较大地影响我国教育事业的健康发展。基于此,本文提出教师职称评定社会化、专业化的概念,并对社会化、专业化评审流程、实施条件、意义作用进行了系统的分析。希望这一崭新的制度设计能够对我国教师职称评审制度的改革有所借鉴。
The teacher title assessment has devated from the orginal course under the influence of adminstrative education and academic improper behaviour,which is harmful to the work enthusiasm of teachers and the healthy development of education.The paper put forward a new idea of teacher title assessment which carried out by the socail professional organization,analyzed its course,conditions,meaning,and effects systematically.
