对大学生进行爱国主义教育是包括专业课教师在内的大学教师责无旁贷的责任和使命。对于《工程材料》专业教师来说,可通过以下途径培养大学生的爱国主义热情:从人类历史发展的角度进行爱国主义教育,抓住国内外时事热点进行爱国主义教育,利用我国科技发展的良好趋势进行爱国主义教育,并引导学生用辩证的方法看待中国目前的发展水平等。

Significance of college students taking the patrotism education was expounded.The method of that professional course teachers educate their students with patrotism spirit was thought and tried,and points out,first of all,the consciousness and high sense of responsibility of patrotism education for the students should be possessed by the professional course teachers.Secondly,professional material should be dug out and used in the patrotism education for the students holding the traits of critical thinking and diligent in thinking.For instance,patrotism education is carried out by introducing the great contribution to the human civilization from the Chinese nation in the material field,and by relating current affairs with knowledge in class,and by leading the students to view the current backwardness of China from a dialectical perspective,and so on,a good effect was obtained.
