摘要
新课程开发是高职教育改革的难点,根据食品检验相关工作岗位的技术要求,食品检验学习领域必须开发新的课程,以适应其发展需要。就食品检验学习领域的食品安全快速检测技术、动植物源食品检疫技术及食品检测质量控制与管理等新课程的定位、开发进行了探讨。
It is necessary to exploit new courses in food inspection learning area to adapt to the technical development of food industry. We discuss the reform, exploitation and location of new courses in these learning areas, which including rapid detection technology of food safety, food inspection technology in animal and plant, management and control of food.
