摘要 共振光散射技术是近年来发展起来的一项简便、快速、灵敏的分析技术,其分析测定在一台普通的荧光分光光度计上就可以进行.本文从光散射现象出发,介绍了共振光散射技术的现象和基本原理,综述了该分析技术在无机元素分析、生化分析、药物分析、环境分析以及纳米材料方面的研究与应用现状,并对其未来的发展方向进行展望. Resonance light scattering technology is a simple,quick,sensitive analysis technology which developed in recent years.The determination can work with a typical of common fluorescent spectrophotometer.This paper introduced the basic principle of the resonance light scattering technology briefly,reviewed the research and application situation of this analysis technique,which are in inorganic element analysis,biochemical analysis,drug analysis and nanometer materials.The author also makes prospect about its development trend in the future.
