摘要
2010年1月到5月间,富士康员工频频自杀的事件受到各界关注。媒体多从心理学,社会学和企业管理的角度分析悲剧发生的原因。本文另辟蹊径,从经济学视角入手,运用分工理论,产业链理论,需求层次理论,成本收益理论浅析富士康员工自杀事件。
Foxconn workersapos' repeated suicide incidents during January to May this year have become a problem with social focus.The media tend to analyse the causes of these incidents from the perspective of psychology,sociology and enterprise management.In this paper,the author analyses this event from the perspective of economics by using the labor theory,industrial chain theory,hierarchy of needs theory,and cost-benefit theory.
