摘要慢性胰腺炎（chronic pancreatitis，CP）是以胰腺外分泌系统不可逆的组织破坏、间质广泛纤维化、钙化为基本病理改变，可以导致胰腺内、外分泌功能部分或完全丧失的慢性炎性疾病，部分病例可发展成为胰腺癌。临床上主要有慢性上腹部疼痛、消化不良，
