关于胰颈部腺癌综合治疗的病例讨论

摘要 胰腺癌的早期症状隐蔽，在临床实际工作中，多数患者就诊时已经处于进展期，临床治疗效果较差，治愈率低，总体上5年生存率在5％左右。当前，外科手术治疗仍然是治愈胰腺癌的唯一措施和手段，但是适合进行根治性手术治疗而且可以切除的患者比率较低，并且根治性手术的围手术期病死率也比较高，即使在有经验的医疗中心仍在5％左右；
