调经止血方加味治疗育龄期功血93例

Prescription of Regulating Menstruation and Hemostasis by Adding Some Herbs to Treat 93 Paitients Who Were Diagnosed Child-Bearing Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的：观察＂调经止血方＂加味治疗育龄期功血的临床疗效。方法：选择门诊已婚妇女,年龄在20~44岁以内的93例确诊为功血的患者,以调经止血方为基础,辨证加味治疗功血。结果：93例中治愈77例,好转12例,无效4例,总有效率82.80%。结论：采用＂调经止血方＂加味治疗育龄期功血,疗效显著,不易复发。

Objective：Observe the clinic curative effect of the prescription of regulating menstruation and hemostasis by adding some herbs to treat child-bearing DUB.Method：Chosing 93 married women in out-patient department,who were between 20 and 44 years old and diagnosed child-bearing DUB,Based on the prescription of regulating menstruation and hemostasis,treating DUB based on syndrome differentiation and adding some herbs.Result：All of the 93 patients,77 patients were cured,12 patients were better,the other were noneffective,the total efficiency was 82.8%.Conclusion：The prescription of regulating menstruation and hemostasis by adding some herbs to treat child-bearing DUB has marked efficiency and the disease is not liable to recur.
