中药长皮膏结合补阳还五汤加减治疗手指外伤疗效观察

Effect Observation of Zhangpi Gao Conbined Buyang Huanwu Recipe Treating Finger Injury

手指外伤在门急诊中较为常见。目前治疗多采取清创缝合、植皮甚至截指术。笔者采用外敷中药长皮膏结合内服补阳还五汤加减治疗手指外伤,避免了行手术治疗的痛苦、截指的风险,减轻了患者的经济负担,治愈率100%,疗效确切。

Finger injury is common in the Emergency Department.At present,the treatments almost take multiple debridement and free skin graft,even amputation surgery.To treat finger injury,we used the method of Zhangpi Gao conbined Buyang Huanwu Recipe.This method avoid the surgical treatment of pain and the risk of cutting fingers,furthermore reduce the financial burden of patients,rate reach 100%.
