广西3所中医院推拿科2005—2007年收治病种统计分析

Statistical Analysis on Disease Category Received from Manipulation Department in 3 TCM Hospitals of Guangxi from 2005 to 2007

目的:了解目前中医院推拿科诊治病种分布情况。方法:对2005—2007年期间广西中医学院第一附属医院、玉林市中医院与北海市中医院推拿科诊治病种进行分类统计。结果:颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症和急性腰扭伤等骨伤科疾病是目前中医院推拿科的主要诊治病种。结论:在《推拿治疗学》教学改革中,颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症和急性腰扭伤等骨伤科疾病应该是《推拿治疗学》教学的重点内容。

Objective：To investigate the distribution of disease category in the manipulation department of TCM hospitals at present.Method：During the period from 2005 to 2007,all the patients from manipulation department in the first affiliated hospital to Guangxi TCM University,Yulin TCM hospital and Beihai TCM hospital were classified and analyzed according to disease category.Results：At present,the main disease category from the manipulation department of TCM hospitals was：Cervical spondylosis,lumbar disc herniation and acute lumbar sprain and other orthopedic diseases.Conclusion：Cervical spondylosis,lumbar disc herniation and acute lumbar sprain and other orthopedic diseases should be the focus of teaching content in teaching improvement of Manipulation Acology.
