Variability of T Cell Subsets in Influenza A H1N1 Patients

目的:探讨甲型H1N1流性行感冒(流感)患者T细胞亚群的变化特点。方法:采用美国BD公司生产Fascalibur流式细胞仪检测重症甲型H1N1流感患者外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞并与轻症患者对照进行比较。结果:重症甲型H1N1流感患者外周血CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值下降,与轻症比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05,染的防治。
