本溪市中心医院2009年门诊中成药不合理用药处方分析

Analysis of Outpatient Irrational Chinese Medicine Prescriptions in Our Hospital During the Period 2009

目的:调查了解本院门诊中成药处方的不合理用药情况。方法:采用回顾性调查方法随机抽查本院2009年1200张门诊中成药处方,对不合理用药情况进行统计分析。结果:1200张处方中不合理用药处方为86张,占总数的7.17%。不合理用药情况分别表现在重复用药、过量用药、用药不当、合并用药不当、配伍不合理、用法用量不合理、禁忌症下用药等方面。结论:建议门诊中药师应担负起指导临床中成药合理用药的责任。

Objective：To probe into the irrational use of Chinese medicines in our hospital.Methods：By a retrospective survey,1200 Chinese medicine prescriptions for outpatients during the period of 2009 were randomly sampled from our hospital for analysis of the irrational prescriptions.Results：Of the 1200 prescriptions,86（7.17%）were irrational ones,which manifested as repeated use of drugs,overdose,improper medication,unreasonable drug combination,incompatibility,unreasonable administration and dosage,contraindications etc.Conclusion：It is the task of pharmacists to offer guidance for the rational use of Chinese medicines in the clinic.
