香砂六君子汤加减治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效观察

Xiangsha Six Gentlemen Decoction Efficacy on Chronic Superficial Gastritis

目的:观察香砂六君子汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效。方法:80例慢性浅表性胃炎患者随机分为两组,对照组予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊20mg,1天1次,口服;多潘立酮10mg,1天3次,饭前服。连续使用4周。幽门螺杆菌阳性者予甲硝唑0.2g,阿莫西林0.5g,1天3次,口服,7天为1个疗程;治疗组40例采用香砂六君子汤加减治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率95.00%,对照组总有效率72.50%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:香砂六君子汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction effect on Chronic superficial gastritis.Methods：80 patients with chronic superficial gastritis were randomly divided into 2 groups,control group omeprazole capsule 20mg,1 day 1 second,oral;Domperidone 10mg,1 days and 3 times,before the meal service.Continuous use for 4 weeks.Positive for Helicobacter pylori metronidazole 0.2g,amoxicillin 0.5g,1 days and 3 times,oral,7 days a course of treatment;treatment group,40 cases with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction.Results：The total effective rate 95.00%,the efficiency of the control group was 72.50%,2 groups were significantly different（P0.05）.Conclusion：Treatment of Xiangsha Liujunzi chronic superficial gastritis significantly.
