摘要 近年来,在中医专业本科教学中,开展了案例教学法的设计和实施,通过与往届学生考试成绩的比较,临床操作能力的测试,及广泛的学生问卷调查,作者认为,中医案例教学法以学生为主体,以学生的全面发展和个性发挥为目的,改变了传统的灌输式、填鸭式教学方式,使学生学会自主学习,合作学习,研究性、探究性学习,极大地提高了学生的实践创新能力。中医学本身就是一门偏重于临床,实践性很强的专业,中医教育的出发点和归宿都应围绕着培养学生的中医临床思维和临床应变能力,给学生以主动探究,自主学习的空间。因此,在中医教育中,正确地引入案例教学,是实现中医教育成功和突破的关键因素。 In recent years,undergraduate teaching in TCM,carried out the design and implementation of case method,students with previous comparison of test scores,clinical abilities testing,and extensive student survey,we believe that Traditional Chinese Medicine Case Method as the main body of students to overall development of students and individual play for the Mudi,changed the traditional indoctrination style,spoon teaching Fang Shi,enable students to learn independent study,cooperative learning,research,inquiry learning,greatly enhance the student's practice innovation.TCM itself is an emphasis on clinical,highly specialized practice,Chinese medicine education should be the starting point and destination of students of Chinese medicine around the clinical thinking and clinical response capabilities,to the students to take the initiative to independent study space.Therefore,Chinese medicine education,the right to introduce case teaching,medicine education to achieve success and break through the key factor.
