摘要
采用冷压陶瓷技术制备了锰掺杂及镨锰共掺杂钛酸钡陶瓷.1.0%锰在钛酸钡中的掺杂导致形成四方和六方钙钛矿混合结构;镨的进一步掺杂导致六方相消失,形成四方钙钛矿单相结构.同时研究了镨对锰掺杂钛酸钡陶瓷介电性能的影响.
The cold-pressing ceramic technique was used to prepare Mn-doped BaTiO3,and Pr and Mn co-doped BaTiO3 ceramics.The 1.0% Mn doping in BaTiO3 gives rise to the mixed phases of tetragonal and hexagonal in Mn-doped BaTiO3 ceramic;the further doping of Pr on Mn-doped BaTiO3 ceramic can form a single-phase tetragonal structure while hexagonal structure disappears.The influence of Pr doping on the dielectric properties of Mn-doped BaTiO3 ceramic was studied.
