The rise of the knowledge economy requires enterprises to renew their knowledge. Enterprises good atknowledge renewal are the most dynamic units of the society. The construction of a co-sharing value system is thestarting point and the final goal of slate-owned enterprises,namely, they must learn for their mutual existence,cooperative creation, for the maintenance of common norms and for mutual beneficence.
