摘要
实验室和工业应用试验结果表明,变转速球磨方法不仅能较大幅度地提高球磨效率,而且能对粉料加工质量产生明显的影响.利用粒度分布测定仪、XRD、FTIR、PM及SEM等仪器分析结果表明,在相同条件下,变转速球磨所得粉料,其细颗粒含量较多,颗粒分布范围较窄,粒度较均匀,颗粒棱角较少、较圆滑,这有利于提高陶瓷产品的质量.
Tests in laboratory and industry have shown that ball_milling with variable rotational speed can raise the efficiency of ball_milling by a big margin and improve the processing quality of the powders. The experiment of granular metric analysis, XRD, FTIR, PM, and SEM has proved that the slurry made by ball_milling with variable rotational speed contains more fine grains; its grain_size is distributed narrower and its edges and corners are blunter than those at regular speed. So ball_milling with variable rotational speed is a useful method for improving powder quality.
