技术进步在经济增长中的含量，反映了经济增长的质量．本文以资金和技术密集型的电力工业为对象，对其技术进步的作用进行定量计算和分析．不但为提高技术进步贡献率提供对策，而且为依靠技术进步提高经济效益提供了宏观依据．

The content of technological progress in economic growth reflects the quality of that growth. In this paper, using the fund and technique concentrated power industry as our object, we make a quantitative calculation and analysis of its technological progress, which provides not only the countermeasures for raising the contribution rate of its technological progress, but also a macroscopic basis for increasing the economic benefit depending on the technological progress.
