摘要
采用超声法直接从SiO2合成有机硅五配位体,并用IR、TG等仪器对合成产物与加热法合成产物进行比较.通过控制超声辐射方式和确定临界辐射时间,找出最佳合成工艺条件.
The pentacoordinate silicon were synthesized directly from SiO 2 under ultrasound and comparing with the products synthesized by heat method with IR,TG. The optimum conditions of synthesis were found through control of the method of ultrasound radiation and decision of the critical time.
