摘要
以一种多孔薄壁筒体为对象,进行了挤压成形工艺研究,运用有限元数值模拟,对多种成形工艺方案进行了比较;分析了成形过程中金属的流动情况,以及该构件成形时可能出现的缺陷,据此对工艺方案进行优化设计,开展了工艺试验。试验结果表明,采用优化后的成形工艺方案,成形出的多孔薄壁构件充型饱满,避免了喇叭口等缺陷,满足了构件的矢量要求。
This paper aimed at a kind of cylinder with multi-hole, put up the research of extrusion. By means of numerical simulation, multifold technical projects were compared, the flowing behavior of the material and the forming defects were ana- lyzed, then the technical project was optimized, and the engineering tests were carried out based on it. The result indicated that the part with multi-hole after extrusion was formed with good filling, avoiding the defect of bell mouth, and the dimension of the part also satisfied its requirements.
