摘要
为了揭示激光熔覆过程中裂纹的成因并采取有效措施对其防止,以其为获得性能优异的激光熔覆层提供依据。对国内外关于激光熔覆层裂纹研究现状进行了概括总结,提出了裂纹产生的原因及防止办法:合理地选择激光工艺参数及合理设计熔覆材料的成分和组织。
In order to reveal the causes of cracks in laser cladding process and take effective measures to prevent, and provide the basis for laser cladding with outstanding performance, the research at home and abroad on the status of cracks in laser cladding layer was summarized. The reason leading to cracks and prevention method were described: rational choice of process parameters and design of composition and microstructure of cladding materials.
