A study of the Motivating of the Formation and Development of Non-profit Organizations

当今经济环境下,非营利组织取得迅猛发展并发挥着重要作用。通过对非营利组织存在理论的综述,从全球问题与危机引起了广泛的注意、可支配收入不断增加、生活支出的费用下降、全球劳动力过剩等方面讨论了非营利组织形成与发展的动因。

In this thesis,we sum up the theories about the formation of non-profit organization under the condition that non-profit organization developed very fast and had an important factor on economy.Furthermore,we analyze the motives of formation and development from different aspects,including the more attention to the globalization problem and crisis,the continual increase of Disposable Income,the decline of the living cost,and the overmuch of labor force all over the world.
