Analysis of Evaluation Model of Military Highway Transportation Emergency Support Capability

应急作战公路军事运输应急保障能力是军事运输保障能力的重要组成部分,能力评估是进行军事运输准备和提高保障能力的重要方法和途径。从公路军事运输应急保障能力的构成和影响因素进行分析,采用Delphi法建立了相应的评估模型,确立了模型中各指标的权重系数,得出了从车辆装备研发、运输战备等方面加强应急保障能力建设的建议。

The emergency support capability of military highway transportation is a major part of military transportation capability,capability evaluation is an important way and approach to improve support capability and to prepare military transportation. This paper analyzes the constituents and influence factors of the support capability of military highway transportation,establishes its evaluation model by Delphi and determines index weight coefficient,suggests that strengthening the construction of the support capability of military highway transportation should be from the development of vehicle equipment research and transportation combat readiness.
