摘要
基于Nastran软件建立了白车身灵敏度分析模型,获得车身模态与刚度相对钣金件厚度变化的灵敏度曲线;结合灵敏度,在充分考虑安全件和关键件的基础上,设定车身模态与刚度优化设计的可行域,求解生成优化方案;根据车身材料库,进行厚度尺寸规格化,并通过车身NVH、安全和耐久性能验证性计算来选择最佳方案。实车验证表明,应用Nastran软件,采用上述方法,不仅保证了相关性能,而且有效实现了白车身轻量化。
The BIW sensitivity model was built based on Nastran. Sensitivity curves of mode and stiffness of BIW about component thicknesses were obtained. With adequately considering security components and critical components,the feasible regions of optimization design of model and stiffness were set,and several kinds of schemes were acquired. Thickness sizes were specified with the BIW material database,and optimized scheme was chosen after performances of NVH,safety and durability were validated. Validation of vehicles shows that,using Nastran and above methods,the performances are ensured,meanwhile,BIW lightweight design is achieved effectively.
