军队战备储备物资保障能力评价指标体系研究

Research on Evaluation Index System of Military Combat Readiness Materials Maintenance Capability

基于物资管理效能和物资保障效能,建立了战备储备物资保障能力评估指标体系;通过层次分析法,确定了指标权重;借助改良后的模糊评价法和装备效能ADC评价法,构建了管理效能和保障效能的计算模型;着眼效能型后勤的发展方向,提出了用物资保障当量表示战备储备物资保障能力的计算模型。

Based on management efficacy and maintenance efficacy,the evaluation index system of military combat readiness materials was established. Based on the AHP,the index weight was determined. And with the improved performance of fuzzy evaluation method and ADC evaluation method for equipment,a calculation model for management efficacy and maintenance efficacy was built. Focused on the development direction of efficacy-based logistics,a computational model that used equivalent quality to represent the maintain capability of combat readiness was proposed.
