Harmonic Synthesis of the Cam's Motional Formulation

摘要 本文提出了将凸轮机构的一个工作循环作为周期(通常为2π)时,以运动周期内停歇区段或匀速区段的许可偏差为优化目标,综合出由有限项谐函数组成的运动方程。可大大减少凸轮机构高速运动时的振动。 A motional formulation composed of a limited number of harmonic functions is synthesised by takingone working cycle of the cam as a period(usually 2π),and the permissive motional error as optiomal objectives. The error is caused during the resting time or when the cam works in even velocity in one period. This analytical methedgreatly decreases the vibration of the cams running with great velocity.
