摘要
针对石油化工泵房管道系统的振动情况,借助ANSYS软件模拟计算得到管系的前10阶固有频率。再采用DASPV10智能数据采集和信号处理系统测试测点的振动加速度信号,通过计算机分析得出相应的管道振动时域波谱图和频谱图。与ANSYS软件计算的管系固有频率相比较分析,找出振动原因。
According to the vibration situation of pipeline system in petrochemical pump house,simulation calculation forfirst ten orders natural frequencies of pipe was carried out by ANSYS software.The vibration acceleration signals of measuring points were tested by DASP v10 intelligent data acquisition and signal processing system.Through computer analysis,time domain wave spectrum and spectrogram of the corresponding pipe vibration were obtained.Compared with pipe inherent frequency calculated by the ANSYS software,the vibration causes were found out.
