化学镀黑镍工艺研究

STUDY OF ELECTROLESS BLACK NICKEL PLATING TECHNOLOGY

论述Ｎｉ２＋Ｃｕ２＋ＮａＨ２ＰＯ２体系进行化学镀黑镍的工艺条件和各种因素，对镀层性能的影响作了较详细的研究．试验结果表明该工艺具有能耗低，工艺简单，发黑效果较好。

This paper presents the solution and controlled operating characteristics of electrolyses black nickel plating(Ni 2+ Cu 2+ PO 2 3- ). The effects of compositon of allusions on the capability of the black finish have also been discussed. The results of experiment demonstrate that the solution has massive superiority such as little expressive energy, simple process, good black nickel fineries, no poisonous to environment and low cost etc.
