摘要
对核磁共振波谱仪所用的双调谐共用线圈探头进行系统电路分析,并推导出设计制作的理论公式,根据公式设计制作了傅立叶变换波谱仪的高质探头电路,用在CH400型核磁共振仪上,灵敏度性能达到50∶1,在5mm氢探头和1%甲苯,对50%的乙醛可达到5.
Through the analysis of systematic circuit of doubletuned commonuse coil
probehead used in NMR spectrometer, a theorectic formula was obtained, according to which, one
highquality probehead circuit of Fourier Transformation spectrometer is designed and used in
Model CH400 NMR spectrometer, the sensitivity of which reaches 50∶1,the resolution factor of
which, with 5 mm H probehead and 1% toluene and 50 ethanal, can reach 5.24×10 -9 .
