Risk Control and Management for Overseas Investment Companies

为保护企业海外投资利益和海外资产的安全,海外投资企业应提高风险控制与管理的水平,通过风险辨识、风险规避和风险救济等措施对海外投资环境风险、经营风险和汇兑风险进行主动预防预控,在海外企业建立风险防范的内控机制,完善相关制度,境内母公司也要加强对海外企业的监察和管理,从而最大程度地规避风险,减少风险损失。

For the sake of security of overseas investment interests and properties, the overseas companies should improve their risk control and management through taking measures on risk identification, risk aversion and risk relief, so as to prevent and control beforehand the risks on overseas environment, operation and foreign exchange. It is necessary for overseas investment companies to set up internal control system on risk prevention. It is also important for domestic mother company to enhance supervision on overseas branches, thus to avoid risk and reduce risk loss in utmost extent.
