摘要
国际工程项目中的风险具有普遍性、多样性及可变性等特点。对承包商自身及非自身因素的风险进行分类,说明各类风险的存在阶段和可能带来的后果,为承包商提供指导,从而采取有效措施进行规避,以保障企业自身利益。
Risks appears with universality, diversity and variability. They are classified with two parts, self-factors risks and non-self-factors risks. And after set forth their existing stages and possible result, contractor could take measures to avoiding all possible risks thus protest their benefits.
