流动注射在线分离富集火焰原子吸收测定地质样品中银的含量 被引量:2

Determination of Silver in Geological Materials by Flow Inject Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry with on-Line Separation and Preconcentration

摘要 采用PT-C18色谱预处理柱,以双硫腙为螯合剂,甲醇为洗脱剂,将流动注射在线分离富集与原子吸收联用,成功地测定了地质样品中银的含量.1min富集(4.2mL)的富集倍率24,检出限0.62μg/L,相对标准偏差1.8%. The concentrations of silver in geological materials were determined successively by atomic absorption spectrometry with on-line PT-C 18 pre-column-FIA,and dithizone was used as chelating agent,methanol was used as eluant .The enrichment factor for one minute (4.2 mL) was 24, detect limit was 0.62 μg/L, relative standard deviation was 1.8% .
