摘要 目的观察原发性高血压患者脉压与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的相关性。方法测量139例高血压患者的脉压,根据脉压(PP)分为三组:PP1组:PP≤60mmHg;PP2组:60mm<PP≤80mmHg;PP3组:PP>80mmHg;用多普勒超声检查颈动脉内膜中层厚度。比较两组内膜中层厚度的差异。分析内膜中层厚度和脉压的相关性。结果不同脉压组的颈动脉内膜中层厚度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),脉压与颈动脉内膜中层厚度有较好的相关性。结论:原发性高血压患者的脉压与颈动脉内膜中层厚度明显相关。 Objective To To study the relationship between ambulatory pulse pressure(PP) and carotid artery intima—media thickness in patients with essential hypertension. Methods The PP was performed in a total of 139 patients with essential hypertension.The patients were divided into three groups: PP1 group:PP≤60 mm Hg;PP2 group:60mm PP≤ 80 mm Hg;PP3 group;PP〉80 mmHg. The ultrasound technique was used to detect the carotid artery intima—media thickness. The comparison of the carotid artery intima—media thickness and the correlative analysis of every parameter of the carotid artery intima—media thickness and PP in three groups was performed. Results There was significant difference in the carotid artery intima—media thickness among three groups (P〈0.01). There was better correlation of PP and the carotid artery intima—media thickness. Conclusions The PP of the patients with essential hypertension are the most important factors which influence the carotid artery intima—media thickness.
