"阳光体育运动"是以身体练习为基本手段,以增进学生的健康为主要目的,以提高全民族素质为最终目标,在全国开展的一场声势浩大的学校体育活动。在高等职业院校开展"阳光体育运动",可以带动社会体育运动环境的建设,促进学校体育运动的发展;可以使学生从思想上重视体育与健康的关系;可以促进高等职业院校重视对体育资源的投入力度;有利于塑造学生健全的人格与健康的体质。

Sunny sports movement is a huge and grand school sports activity developing in all over the China which takes body exercise as basic means,takes advancing students＇ health as main purpose,and takes enhancing whole nations＇ quality as final target.Developing sunny sports movement in institutions of higher vocational education may drive the environment construction of social sports movement and promote the development of school sports movement;may make students attach importance to the relationship between sports and health in the idea;may promote the institutions of higher vocational education attach importance to the devotion for sports resources;is helpful to shape undergraduate perfect personality and healthy physique in institutions of higher vocational education.
