浅论我国突发公共灾害事件应急处理法律制度

Elementary discussion on legal system of emergency treatment for unexpected public disaster accident in our country

近年来突发事件频繁发生,给人类造成了惨痛的悲剧,这促进了应急处理的产生和发展。应急处理都有其实际问题,即在社会的多个层面都出现了突发性灾害事件,这就急需一个高效的处理体制来处置这样的事件,于是便产生了现代意义上的应急处理,论文即是对该制度进行了探讨。

In recent years,unexpected accidents take place usually and cause the bitter tragedy.These promote the generation and development of emergency treatment.But there are actual problems in emergency treatment,namely when unexpected disaster accident take place in many social fields it requires a high-efficiency treatment mechanism,therefore emergency treatment with modern significance generates.This paper discusses this system.
