辅导员与学生谈话方法的有效运用,是确保高校学生思想政治工作得以顺利开展的主要环节,也是增强高校学生思想政治工作实效性的重要体现。辅导员与学生谈话要把握因材施教、个人全面发展、灌输社会主义核心价值体系的原则。结合当前高校辅导员与学生谈话中存在的问题,提出了高校辅导员与学生谈话方法运用要注重将谈话的普遍性与针对性相结合;注重谈话的实效性,解决学生的实际问题;提高辅导员与学生谈话的方法和艺术。

The effective application of advisor＇s talk method on undergraduate is the main link to insure smooth development of political and ideological work for undergraduates in institutions of higher education,is the important reflection to enhance actual effect of political and ideological work in institutions of higher education too.Advisor＇s talk to undergraduate should grasp the principles： teach undergraduates in accordance with their aptitude,individual comprehensive development,instil socialistic core value system.Combining the problems in present advisor＇s talk to undergraduate in institutions of higher education puts forward that advisor＇s talk method application on undergraduate should pay attention to the combination of universality and direction;pay attention to the actual effect of talk and resolve undergraduates problems;improve the advisor＇s talk method and art to undergraduate.
