分析了新形势下加强高校毕业生党员教育管理的重要意义,指出了目前高校毕业生党员教育管理中存在的问题,诸如高校自身在管理机构和制度上存在的问题;高校毕业生党员自身认识上存在的问题;严峻的就业压力弱化了毕业生党员的教育管理问题。提出了解决上述问题的举措:转变观念,创新机制,树立服务意识;对毕业生党员在校学习、校外实习、离校前三个阶段实施全方位的教育管理;充分发挥毕业生党员在就业工作中的重要作用。
