金属托槽与复合树脂修复材料黏结抗剪切强度的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨不同修复体表面处理方法对金属托槽与光固化复合树脂修复体黏结抗剪切强度的影响。方法:140个树脂试件,随机分为7组,A组:金刚砂车针打磨;B组:磷酸酸蚀;C组:涂布硅烷偶联剂;D组:金刚砂车针打磨+磷酸酸蚀;E组:金刚砂车针打磨+硅烷偶联剂;F组:磷酸酸蚀+硅烷偶联剂;G组:金刚砂车针打磨+磷酸酸蚀+硅烷偶联剂。每组试件20个。光固化正畸黏结剂黏结托槽后,37℃水浴24h、冷热水循环1000次(5-55℃),测定其抗剪切强度,并统计破裂率和黏结剂残留指数。结果:F组达到理想正畸黏结强度并保证修复面的低破裂率,明显优于其他组,有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:磷酸酸蚀结合硅烷偶联剂是满足金属托槽与树脂面有效黏结的较佳处理方式。 Objective:To evaluate the effects of various surface treatment methods on the shear bond strength of orthodontic brackets to resin composite surface.Methods:We divided 140 resin specimens randomly into 7 groups according to different treatment methods: Group A,deglazing by grinding;Group B,etching with orthophosphoric acid(H3PO4);Group C,surface silanating;Group D,deglazing by grinding and etching;Group E,surface silanating after deglazing by grinding;Group F,surface silanating after etching with orthophosphoric acid;Group G,surface silanating after etching with orthophosphoric acid and deglazing by grinding.Transband XT adhesive was utilized to bond the bracket onto each sample.The samples were bathed in 37℃ water,and thermocycled 1000 times from 5℃ to 55℃.The shearing strength was measured and bond failure sites were classified according to the adhesive remnant index system.Results:Group F achieved adequate bonding strength to the stand,the repair surface being low breakage rate,with a significant difference between Group G and the other groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The optimal method for orthodontic bracket bonding to resin composite is to apply orthophosphoric acid combined with silane.
