摘要
目的:研究对乙基苯甲酰氯的合成工艺,通过单因素实验找到了合成对乙基苯甲酰氯的最佳工艺路线。方法:以苯和乙酸乙酯为原料,在无水三氯化铝催化作用下,生成对乙基苯乙酮,再经次氯酸钠作用生成对乙基苯甲酸,进而与氯化亚砜合成对乙基苯甲酰氯。结果:在最佳反应条件下得到对乙基苯甲酰氯43.3g,总收率45.1%。结论:本次实验的优点是在对乙基苯甲酰氯合成过程中,原料易得且转化率较高,副产物少,产品纯度高,三废污染少。同时通过单因素实验找到了合成对乙基苯甲酰氯的最佳工艺路线,为该产品的工业化生产提供了可靠的理论依据,其意义重大。
Objective:To investigate the synthesis of p-ethyl benzoyl chloride and obtain the optimal process conditions by single factor experiments in an attempt to provide reliable basis technical data for producing p-ethyl benzoyl chloride.Methods:With benzene and ethyl acetate as raw materials and anhydrous aluminum chloride as catalyst,the ethyl acetophenone was generated,and then by the role of sodium hypochlorite,the ethyl acid was produced and finally,p-ethyl benzoyl chloride was synthesized with thionyl chloride.Results:Under the optimal conditions,43.3 g p-ethyl benzoyl chloride was obtained,with the total yield of 45.1%.Conclusion:This experiment has many advantages of readily available raw materials,a higher conversion rate,fewer by-products,a higher purity of product and fewer wastes and less pollution.The optimal process conditions are obtained by single factor experiments.We provide the reliable basis technical data for producing p-ethyl benzoyl choride.
